The Arabica and Robusta coffee (60:40) blend offers a distinct combination of health benefits, leveraging the best characteristics of both bean species.

1. High Caffeine for Cognitive & Physical Boost
Strong Stimulant Effect: The 40% Robusta content significantly boosts the overall caffeine concentration of the blend. Robusta beans naturally contain 2.5% to 4.5% caffeine by weight, compared to Arabica's 1.5%.

Benefits: This higher caffeine level translates to enhanced alertness, improved cognitive function (focus and memory), and increased energy for physical performance. It's an excellent choice for a strong morning boost.

2. Enhanced Antioxidant Power
Both bean types are rich in antioxidants, but Robusta provides a specific edge:

Chlorogenic Acids (CGAs): Robusta beans generally contain higher levels of CGAs than Arabica. CGAs are powerful antioxidants linked to reducing inflammation, fighting free radicals, and potentially aiding in blood sugar regulation by slowing glucose absorption.


Overall Protection: The high antioxidant content of the 60:40 blend contributes to general cellular health and may lower the risk of chronic diseases.
