Karkidaka Oushadha Kanji is a traditional medicinal rice soup consumed in Kerala, India, during the Karkidakam month of the Malayalam calendar (roughly July-August). It's known for its health benefits, particularly during the monsoon season.

- Medicinal herbs (often including turmeric, ginger, cumin, fenugreek, etc.)

Karkidaka Oushadha Kanji is typically consumed for a minimum of 7 days, though some recommend 21 days for optimal results. It's usually eaten for breakfast or as a light meal throughout the day.
