Red Rice subscription Terms and Conditions
- Distribution in selected cities is completely sound.
- The subscription should be paid in one time -
- Price increases and distribution charges are not applicable to annual subscribers.
- If the subscriber moves out of the city, distribution charges will apply.
- By the 15th of every month, a pack of ten kilos of Wayanad Kuthari will arrive.
- Since local herbs are prepared in a non-toxic way, they can become moldy if exposed to cold and moisture, so store them in airtight containers.
- Refunds are not available as it is a special subscription plan. But other items can be applied for.
- The special offer received by subscribers every month must be availed in the respective month itself.
- All grievance redressal related to the project will be within the jurisdiction of Kalpatta Court.
- For any complaints, please contact our customer care center or write an e-mail to care@foodcare.in.
- Nextztore Global Tech Pvt Ltd shall have full authority (Food Care) to make any changes to the plan.
- In municipal and corporation areas other than selected cities, the charge incurred on delivery shall be paid only at the time of delivery.
