1. Subscription & Store Credit
• Plan Value: The 'Food Care One' subscription fee is ₹99 and is converted into a store credit or gift voucher worth ₹109.
• Non-Refundability: The subscription fee of ₹99 is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once successfully paid.
• Validity Period: The subscription and its associated benefits/credits remain valid for a period of three (3) to five (5) years from the date of issuance.
2. Eligibility & Payment Requirements
• Eligibility: Subscription is open to individuals who possess a valid Indian Unified Payments Interface (UPI) handle or an active debit/credit card issued by an authorized Indian bank.
3. Plan Modifications & Re-joining
• Plan Availability: Should you choose to cancel, lapse, or discontinue your 'Food Care One' subscription, Nextztore Global Tech Private Limited (NGTPL) does not guarantee that the same plan, pricing, or benefits will be available if you re-subscribe at a later date.
4. Purchasing Channels
• Authorized Outlets: Subscribers may utilize their subscription benefits to purchase products directly via the official Food Care website, through authorized Food Care agencies, Food Care Village Mart or via designated partner delivery channels.
5. Regulatory Compliance & Governance
• Legal Framework: The 'Food Care One' subscription program is operated in full compliance with applicable laws, guidelines, and rules in India, including but not limited to:
◦ Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines and regulations;
◦ Information Technology Act, 2000 (and amendments thereto);
◦ Central and State Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws;
◦ Payment gateway and banking terms;
